Job Description
As a Regional Marketing Manager at Amberes, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to drive business growth. You will work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with the sales cycle and ensure maximum impact across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute field and channel marketing programs to fuel pipeline growth.
- Align marketing strategies with the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and activate partner co-marketing initiatives with customers and partners.
- Lead digital marketing efforts across organic and paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).
- Manage SDR support and ensure diligent lead follow-up with Sales Account Executives.
- Oversee localization of digital content & assets.
- Track and optimize marketing performance, providing data-driven insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in German is required; additional European languages are a plus.
- Minimum of 6+ years in regional field marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS applications.
- Strong experience in event management, campaign execution & partner marketing.
- Hands-on expertise in digital marketing (organic & paid). Data-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with marketing automation & CRM tools.
