About the Role:

As a seasoned policy research expert, you will oversee high-profile projects as project director or quality director. Your analytical leadership will shape our methodologies, approaches, and tools in EU public policymaking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of policy research and evaluation projects
  • Assigning work packages to project teams and managing their work
  • Showcasing analytical and methodological leadership in the team
  • Cultivating client and partner relationships
  • Leading tenders and reports for European Commission clients
  • Collaborating with other project teams and stakeholders

Required Expertise:

  • Degree in social sciences, public policy, or relevant discipline
  • 15+ years' experience in EU policy research and evaluation
  • Project management experience, including large team management
  • Business development expertise, including proposal leadership
  • Qualitative and quantitative research skills, financial reporting knowledge, and exceptional writing abilities
  • Deep understanding of European policymaking processes and EU Institutions
  • Highly developed interpersonal and self-motivation skills
  • Experience with Excel essential; NVIVO, SPSS, STATA proficiency an advantage
