We are now seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive our technological strategy, lead our engineering teams, bring new products to the market, and deliver solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Alpha Innovations' technology roadmap, ensuring the development of next-generation energy conversion solutions.
  • Lead multidisciplinary R&D and engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Translate technological advancements into scalable, market-driven products while ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and after-sales support.


Tech Strategy & Innovation

- Define and execute the company's technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and long-term objectives.
- Drive research and development to enhance our product portfolio and maintain technological leadership in power conversion systems.
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies to improve product efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.

Your Profile
  • Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, preferably in power electronics or industrial energy solutions.
  • Proven track record in R&D leadership, innovation management, and new product development.
