About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Onsite IT Technician to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional support to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
- Determine and recommend suitable products or services that meet customers' needs.
- Analyze and resolve product failures, order parts as needed, and maintain user account information.
- Collaborate with Tier 2 and 3 teams to resolve complex issues, escalate problems to third-party resolver groups when necessary.
- Support and maintain network devices, coordinate with vendors, and receive and resolve hardware or software-related issues.
- Interface with manufacturers and vendors for technical assistance, execute PC installations, and assist with setting up security procedures.
- Document changes to inventory use and configuration, provide AV and conference support, and adhere to industry standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certification (recommended).
- Microsoft Operating System/Office Certification(s) will be an asset.
- Advanced MS Office 365 skills.
- Scripting and coding skills will be considered an advantage.
- Able to solve simple hardware issues.
- iOS, Android advanced user.
- Basic networking skills.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, permissions.
- At least 5 years' experience in onsite support.
