- Build and maintain P&O dashboards and reports using Power BI, providing actionable insights to P&O and business leaders.
- Analyse P&O data to identify trends, patterns, and recommend areas for improvement.
- Ownership of Food People Information Systems and Reporting:
- Own and manage TOMRA Food's People Information System (HRIS) and reporting processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and alignment with global frameworks and standards.
- Process Improvement and Automation:
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline reporting and data workflows.
- Automate P&O processes to improve efficiency.
- Data Integrity and Visualisation:
- Ensure data integrity through quality checks and governance practices.
- Create intuitive dashboards using Power BI or Qlik to support decision making.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR systems, People Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage data integrity and deliver reliable reporting.
- Hands-on experience with HR IT systems and BI tools.
