Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Build and maintain P&O dashboards and reports using Power BI, providing actionable insights to P&O and business leaders.
    • Analyse P&O data to identify trends, patterns, and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Ownership of Food People Information Systems and Reporting:
    • Own and manage TOMRA Food's People Information System (HRIS) and reporting processes.
    • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and alignment with global frameworks and standards.
  • Process Improvement and Automation:
    • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline reporting and data workflows.
    • Automate P&O processes to improve efficiency.
  • Data Integrity and Visualisation:
    • Ensure data integrity through quality checks and governance practices.
    • Create intuitive dashboards using Power BI or Qlik to support decision making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR systems, People Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to manage data integrity and deliver reliable reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with HR IT systems and BI tools.
