As a Sales Director at Fuse, you'll be responsible for building strategic partnerships with companies, universities, HR teams, and relocation agencies to generate high-quality leads and boost occupancy.

  • Team Leader: Recruit, train, and mentor sales trainees to maintain high conversion rates and an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Data-Driven Performer: Report regularly to the Regional Manager and Head of Revenue, ensuring transparent communication and performance tracking.

Requirements:

  • Experienced sales pro: 2–5 years of proven success in sales, with a strong background in B2B and partnership development.
  • Goal-oriented achiever: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and occupancy targets while maintaining high-quality member satisfaction.
