Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious Regional Sales Development Manager to spearhead sales growth in Belgium. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the manufacturing vertical market. You will start as an individual contributor, with the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing sales team as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote SaaS solutions that revolutionize manufacturing operations, quality, and compliance across diverse industries.
  • Develop and execute impactful sales strategies from the ground up.
  • Deliver success in complex sales cycles with deal sizes ranging from €100k–€1M.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of sales experience in the manufacturing sectors in Belgium, with a deep understanding of their challenges and opportunities. They will possess a strategic vision, ability to design and execute sales strategies, and a desire to build a team and scale the business in a high-growth environment.
