Job Description

As a Partnership Growth Specialist at TN Belgium, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our partner network across the EMEA region. Your primary objective will be to increase Odoo's presence worldwide by identifying and convincing key IT providers to collaborate with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source potential partners through various platforms and develop strategies to engage different companies
  • Initiate contact and qualify potential partners, understanding their business, capabilities, values, and processes to ensure alignment with our business model
  • Analyze and understand partner profiles, challenges, pain points, and business needs to determine win-win relationships
  • Showcase the product by providing personalized demonstrations of Odoo
  • Quote and negotiate collaboration conditions

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Business knowledge and curiosity
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Resilience and perseverance
  • Fluent English and Polish language skills
  • Interest and/or experience in sales
  • Interest in IT and software
