As a Sales Growth Expert at Arbalett, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in the dairy sector.
Your primary objectives:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
- A results-driven attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
