As an Account Relationship Manager at Nexeo, you will be part of an international environment with offices in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and Canada. With over 450 employees and more than 20% growth each year, we offer exciting opportunities for career development.

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Advisor for one of our clients in the automotive sector. In this role, you will be responsible for customer relations, ensuring satisfaction through both telephone and written interactions regarding commercial and administrative aspects of maintenance contracts.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Relations: You will handle all customer communications, aiming to meet or exceed customer expectations.
    • Dealer Relations: As the primary point of contact for the dealer network, you will collaborate closely with concession sales representatives to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
      • Fleet Activation of New Contracts: You will initiate new contracts, covering service aspects and billing to customers.
        • Regularizations of Ongoing Contracts: You will monitor ongoing contracts and make necessary adjustments if deviations occur from initial parameters.
          • Contract Terminations: In cases of exceptional contract terminations, you will consult with superiors and take necessary actions.
            • Questions and Complaints: You will address telephone and written inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
              • Payment Follow-ups: You will manage and monitor overdue payments.

Your profile should include:

  • Relevant experience as a Customer Advisor
  • Excellent proficiency in French and Dutch, both orally and in writing, with operational knowledge of English
  • Flexibility, organization, and prioritization skills, enabling you to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with common Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
