**About Us:**
We are a Belgian manufacturer of high-quality chocolates located in the heart of Brussels. We produce for the Godiva brand and are expanding into the Private Label market and developing our Rosalie's brand.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Work on four production lines (chocolate molding, chocolate wrapping, and truffle) to analyze internal rejects.
- Investigate key rejection sources, including truffle cascade issues, reworking, chocolate and wrapped rejects, caramel/praline recycling, glitters, and more.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to reduce the reject rate.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Currently enrolled in a Master's Degree, preferably related to Engineering.
- A previous experience (internship) in the food industry would be a plus.
- Knowledge of lean management principles and an understanding of production processes.
- Good command of Excel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in French and have at least a B2 level in English.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Familiar with communicating with production operators.
- Methodical and meticulous in your work.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve desired results.
