Founded in 2008, NEO2 is a consulting and technical assistance firm specializing in process engineering and industrial infrastructures. Our group has more than 600 employees and collaborates with major clients in the Energy, Environment, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Agribusiness sectors on industrial and digital projects.

The Mission
To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a Quality Manager to support one of our clients. As a Quality Manager, you will play a key role in implementing, improving, and supervising quality management systems in an innovative field at the intersection of construction materials and waste valorization. Your primary mission will be to design and ensure compliance with instructions, procedures, and quality standards to enhance process efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Profile
- You have a degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- You have significant experience in quality management, preferably in construction materials or waste management sectors. (required)
- You have strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and environmental regulations.
- You show excellent skills in documentation, organization, and project management.
- You are fluent in Dutch and in English. (required)
Our Offer
- Attractive base salary in line with your experience
- Mobility program: Electric company (with a European charging tag) or Mobility Budget (600€ to 775€ /month)
