Onze opdrachtgever is een internationale, logistieke speler, met verschillende vestigingen in België en headquarters in regio Brussel, die duurzaamheid en maatschappelijke verantwoordelijkheid hoog in het vaandel draagt. Kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening, klantgerichte service en gemotiveerde medewerkers maken van de groep een sterk groeiende speler binnen zijn segment. In het kader van toekomstige groei wenst men het team uit te breiden met een nieuwe collega, verantwoordelijk voor Kwaliteit en ESG.
Quality Manager
Als Quality Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem, samen met al zijn verbeteringsinitiatieven. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor een geïntegreerd ESG (Environmental, Social en Governance) beleid.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid over het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem waarbij service en kwaliteitsbeleving van zowel interne als externe stakeholders centraal staan.
- Je identificeert, analyseert en implementeert verbeteringsinitiatieven die de algehele kwaliteit van de diensten en processen verhoogt. Hierbij word je ondersteund door een deskundig team van kwaliteits- en processpecialisten.
- Je ontwerpt en implementeert actieplannen om kwaliteitsproblemen aan te pakken en processen te optimaliseren.
- Je monitort de implementatie van de verbeteringsinitiatieven en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteitsnormen worden nageleefd en gehandhaafd door middel van kwaliteitsaudits.
- Je draagt actief bij aan een cultuur van continue verbetering door het stimuleren van innovatie, het implementeren van best practices en het bevorderen van een lerende organisatiecultuur.
- Je bent eveneens verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren en beheren van de ESG-strategieën en -initiatieven.
- Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie om ervoor te zorgen dat de ESG-doelstellingen worden bereikt en dat er voldaan wordt aan de relevante regelgeving en normen.
Profiel
- Je hebt reeds ervaring in een kwaliteitsrol, bij voorkeur binnen de transport- of logistieke sector.
- Je bent bekend met kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen; ervaring met ISO normen zoals ISO9001, ISO14001 is een pluspunt.
- Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken
- Dankzij je sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en people skills weet je een team te engageren, motiveren, inspireren en coachen.
- Samenwerken doe je van nature: door je inzicht, empathie en aanpak kan je de verschillende stakeholders meekrijgen.
- Je bent resultaat- en oplossingsgericht, en beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en een proactieve, can-do mindset
- Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma
- Je bent communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels en Frans.
