We streven ernaar om elke dag beter te worden. Kwaliteit en veiligheid vormen de kern van ons werk. Certificeringen zoals ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 en 45001 zijn voor ons geen einddoel, maar het beginpunt van voortdurende verbetering.

Ons Quality departement is in kader van succession planning op zoek naar de volgende Quality & EHS Manager die ervoor zorgt dat onze processen sterk blijven en dat we elke dag voldoen aan de hoogste normen.

De functie

Als Quality & EHS Manager neem je het voortouw in het opvolgen en auditeren van onze ISO-certificeringen (9001, 14001, 27001 en 45001). Je zorgt ervoor dat we altijd voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen en stuurt de bijhorende audits van A tot Z. Je coördineert de opvolging en implementeert verbeteringen waar nodig. Samen met verschillende teams binnen Seris bewaak je onze processen en werk je nauw samen met klanten en leveranciers om gemeenschappelijke doelen te bereiken.

Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid van onze medewerkers, verspreid over uiteenlopende sectoren zoals nucleair, petrochemie, retail en overheid. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het bevorderen van een cultuur van veiligheid en duurzaamheid binnen de hele organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met een gespecialiseerd multidisciplinair team en staat in nauw contact met de COO en CEO.

Waarom Seris?

Je werkt transversaal over onze vier business units (bewaking, beveiligingssystemen, academy & logistiek) en krijgt dus te maken met een breed scala aan sectoren, verspreid over heel België. Onze klanten variëren van nucleaire sites tot banken, overheden en grote retailspelers, waardoor geen enkele dag hetzelfde is. Hoewel risicoanalyses deels bij de klant liggen, ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid van onze eigen mensen. De beveiligingssector zelf is sterk gereguleerd en daardoor uitdagend en boeiend om in te werken.

Wie zoeken we?

Wat wij zoeken:

Je hebt ervaring met ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 en 45001: je kent de normen & regels én hebt ervaring met de implementatie of met audits. Je bent preventieadviseur niveau 1. Je hebt al een ervaring als Quality manager of bent klaar om deze stap te zetten. Tweetalig (Nederlands/Frans) met een goede kennis van Engels. Je bent gestructureerd, analytisch en weet mensen te inspireren. Hands-on, proactief en iemand die altijd vooruit denkt.
