Insolvency Management Expert

We seek a highly skilled Insolvency Management Expert to join our Recovery North Team at Nexeo. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage legal and financial processes related to debt recovery, leveraging strong communication skills and stress resistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate incoming files to determine whether they can be legally closed in collaboration with management.
- Prepare termination letters and develop collection strategies.
- Negotiate amicable settlements with debtors or other security providers.
- In cases requiring legal involvement, coordinate with lawyers and follow up on case progress.
- File debt claims in instances of bankruptcy.
- Communicate effectively (orally and in writing) with various stakeholders regarding case handling.
- Manage accounting aspects of each file, including value adjustments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related diploma in legal practice.
- Native proficiency in Dutch, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in French and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently.
- Stress-resistant, flexible, and a team player.
- Prior experience in insolvency matters is an asset.
- Recent law graduates are encouraged to apply.
