About the Role
The Head of Vendor Quality Management will be responsible for leading a team of vendor quality leads in managing vendors' quality performance and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in vendor management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of vendor quality leads in managing vendors' quality performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with GLP, GCP, and GVP regulations.
- Maintain relationships with vendor quality counterparts and regulators to ensure ongoing compliance and data integrity.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, driving process optimization and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
