We are seeking a Head of Sales who will drive commercial growth, manage the sales team, and develop strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities include defining commercial policies, maximising commercial opportunities, and taking ultimate responsibility for achieving commercial goals.
This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to managing the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on growth, analytical skills, result-oriented, and coaching and leadership skills.
