We take full responsibility to surmount all obstacles until solutions are effectively running smoothly, providing comprehensive strategic advice and hands-on guidance through all project phases.

Role Overview">
  • This key role will drive generic growth in line with company ambitions and values, ensuring consistent, integrated, and coherent energy management for clients.

We are looking for a Head of Sales who will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Defining and informing the team of a comprehensive commercial policy
  • Systematically maximising commercial opportunities for each existing and potential new client
  • Achieving commercial goals in terms of turnover and profit margin, without compromising on quality
  • Deciding on hiring internal and/or external resources to achieve organisational objectives

Requirements:">

  • A relevant degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce
  • Proven track record in business development, team management, and commercial leadership (M&A is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills, result-oriented, and hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage proactively with suppliers, team members, and stakeholders
  • Fluency in English, with additional EU languages welcome (German, Italian, Spanish, or Polish)
