Job Description
  • Provide technical and administrative support to the technical fleet team.
  • Compile and present fleet-wide emails data to the Fleet Manager.
  • Maintain personal document records of all VMs/FMs, including Passport, IDs, Visa, and keep a ready overview with expiry dates.
  • Handle office documentation and ship's mail.
  • Book flights and apply for visa for VM/FM.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Related experience in the shipping industry.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
