The ideal candidate will guide us in our transformation by implementing Agile principles and practices, maximizing team efficiency and collaboration, while fostering autonomy and continuous improvement to achieve our strategy.
Daily Responsibilities
- You will act as a catalyst to align team goals with our overarching vision, involving regular communication with stakeholders to ensure needs and priorities are understood and integrated into work planning and execution.
- You will understand our organization's challenges, identify needs, and propose solutions to help us achieve our Agile transformation strategy.
- You will be the custodian of the processes and governance in place, ensuring departments and their teams adhere to Agile practices while seeking to adapt them to our specific context.
- You will support us in adopting and implementing Agile values and principles, while optimizing these practices to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
- You will facilitate Agile events, encouraging departments to actively participate in these processes and understand their true purpose.
- You will cultivate optimal collaboration with Product Owners and key stakeholders, ensuring effective synergy between our strategic vision and operational needs.
- You will promote team autonomy and performance by guiding them toward responsible self-management in achieving our strategic objectives.
- You will remove obstacles: you will identify and eliminate barriers that hinder the department's progress, working closely with team members and external stakeholders.
