Taken:

  • Ondersteuning van partners op commercieel vlak
  • Onderhouden en verder uitwerken van klantrelaties
  • Nieuwe opportuniteiten detecteren door actieve samenwerking met klanten, mee denken in mogelijke oplossingen binnen hun ICT-omgeving
  • Regelmatig bijwonen en organiseren van evenementen
  • Terugkoppelen naar interne teams ivm behoeften en noden van klanten

Eisen

  • Commerciële ervaring in ICT, bij voorkeur in een Telco-omgeving
  • Technisch onderlegd, specifieke kennis rond VOIP wordt verwacht.
  • Bereidheid tot verdere inscholing in de materie
  • Je krijgt energie van het leggen en onderhouden van relaties met klanten en partners
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en denkt/handelt in functie van de klantentevredenheid
  • Je beschikt over voldoende communicatieve skills en weet je vlot uit te drukken op een professionele manier
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal perfect, aangevuld met een goede tot zeer goede kennis van Frans en Engels
