This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Software Sales Expert focused on Value Added Reseller (VAR) business development.

Your Role

You will play a critical role in expanding our reach by building and nurturing strategic VAR partnerships.

  • Driving Software Adoption: Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies to drive software adoption among partners.
  • Building Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the VAR community.
  • Executing Sales Strategies: Plan, execute, and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Providing Technical Guidance: Serve as a trusted advisor to partners and clients, providing technical guidance on our solutions and helping customers maximize their usage of IRIS software products.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to ensure alignment of partner and customer needs with product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine your approach and optimize partner performance.
  • Leadership: Lead sales meetings, communicate progress with senior management, and actively participate in industry events to promote the IRIS brand and foster partnerships.
