The Quality Assurance Lead - Development Operations is responsible for ensuring the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of an effective Quality Management System (QMS) linked to product development for clinical manufacturing quality teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement effective Quality Management Systems (QMS) linked to product development for clinical manufacturing quality teams.
- Drive continuous quality improvement processes to ensure the QMS in support of product development and clinical supplies works effectively.
- Manage Quality Assurance Agreements for New and Ongoing Suppliers.
- Partner with QA and CMC Development/CTS colleagues to identify and mitigate Compliance risks.
About Your Profile
You will require strong project management skills, technical knowledge in engineering, particularly in pharmaceutical production, and strong communication skills. Experience in IT and automation, autonomy, and proficiency in French and English are also essential.
