Job Description:
As our Chief Information Security Officer, you will lead the strategic and operational direction of our global information security program. You will develop and implement effective risk-based strategies to protect our brand, secure proprietary data, and minimize business impact from cybersecurity incidents.
Your primary focus will be on driving execution of strategic priorities, including transitioning our cyber program to a risk-based organization that prioritizes security controls and delivers value to the organization. You will also ensure efficacy of services for cybersecurity monitoring, response, assessment, testing, and remediation for the Swift enterprise.
You will work closely with senior executives, industry leaders, and the overall community in defining objectives for information security while building relationships and goodwill. Your leadership skills will enable you to engage with and influence business leaders internal to the organization as well as external constituencies.

- Stay abreast of information security issues and regulatory changes affecting the financial community, participate in policy and practice discussions, and communicate to teams on a regular basis.">
- Engage in professional development to maintain continual growth in professional skills and knowledge essential to the position.">
- Develop and lead a highly technical and diverse global information security team.">
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a track record of delivering leading-edge security approaches within a mission-critical and high-transaction volume environment. You must have broad technology competence and highly current security experience. Additionally, you will need exceptional communication and leadership skills to engage with and influence business leaders internal to the organization as well as external constituencies.
