**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly experienced Franchise Sourcing Lead to join our dynamic team at Planet Pharma. As a key member of our global operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sourcing management professionals in assigned franchise areas.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management principles and contract terms and conditions. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop individuals through personalized development plans.
A key aspect of this role is collaboration with internal stakeholders to design and input to project planning and strategy within assigned franchises. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency within and across franchise teams.
The ideal candidate will be a strong strategic and creative thinker, with excellent English language skills and additional languages being advantageous.
