Your Role
As General Manager, you will be responsible for steering the company's strategic direction and driving the development of new industrial projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving business growth while maintaining the company's commitment to excellence;
- Leading the development of high-performing teams, focused on commercial, technical, and back-office operations;
- Optimizing and advancing the company's 4.0 industrial tool, ensuring continuous innovation and improvement;
- Managing the operations of new industrial entities as they become operational.
Requirements
We are seeking an accomplished leader with a strong background in engineering, team management, and technical development. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of industrial operations, strategic vision, and the ability to navigate complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in both French and English is necessary.
