Als Senior HR Business Analyst bij NMBS-SNCB ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van wijzigingen aan HR-applicaties. Dit betekent dat je:
1. De behoeften van onze organisatie analyseert en oplossingen ontwerpt om deze processtappen lichter te maken.
2. Werkt samen met IT-teams om deze oplossingen te implementeren en testen.
3. Stakeholders informeert over de status van de projecten en garant voor het succes van de implementaties.
Daarnaast ondersteun je de business analysten door hun taken en verantwoordelijkheden te begeleiden en hen te helpen bij het identificeren en prioriteren van projecten. Jouw doel is om een team van gedreven professionals op te bouwen die klantgericht en prestatiegericht werkt.
Jouw successcriteria zijn:
1. Succesvolle implementatie van HR-applicaties die de wensen van onze medewerkers en managers stimuleren.
2. Effectief en efficiënt projectbeheer dat our stakeholders een hoge mate van tevredenheid garandeert.
