Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Manager to join our team at Nexeo Belgium. As a Senior Process Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing and documenting business processes, with a focus on claims management for hospitalization and outpatient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure seamless communication between ICT and business teams.
- Develop and implement claims processes that maximize automation while taking into account system limitations and workforce impact.
- Create process flows, request adjustments, and ensure proper implementation.
- Provide clear and up-to-date documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Coordinate with relevant interfaces, including risk management functions.
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in business process management, particularly in life insurance claims.
- Expertise in hospitalization and outpatient care claims handling.
- Strong analytical skills and process- and documentation-driven approach.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
