Het Doel: Logistiek Effectief Beheren

Wij zijn op zoek naar een logistiek geschoold professionaal die ons team kan helpen om efficiënter te worden. Het doel is om de logistieke processen af te stemmen op de behoeften van de vzw en om de integratie van nieuwe projecten te verbeteren. De keuzeval voor instrumenten en systemen moet eerst verdeeld worden tussen de vzw-onderlinge partnerbetrekkingen en de kansen voor de medewerkers in de sectoren erop gericht zijn, daarnaast draait alles om kostenreductie,

Verantwoordelijkheden:
  • Coördineren, opvolgen en verdere uitbouwen van de samenwerkingen met leveranciers en partners;
  • Uitwerken en monitoren van de begroting en het financieel beleid;
  • Instaan voor het dagelijkse beheer;
  • Up-to-date houden en verdere ontwikkeling van informaticatools;
  • Opvolgen en kritisch analyseren van de strategische KPI’s;

Kwaliteiten:
  • Bachelor of master diploma in business administration, operationeel management of een vergelijkbaar erkende opleiding;
  • 5-7 jaar eindverantwoordelijkheid in de sector Logistics and Operations;
  • Mogelijk postgraduate certificaat in operationeel management;
  • Resultaatgericht, oplossingsgericht, besluitvaardig;
  • Goed kunnen communiceren, netwerken en zakelijk onderhandelen;
  • Flexibel en open-minded in verschillende contexten.
