**Key Accountabilities:**

As a Senior Business Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies aligned with market trends.
  • Leading the financial growth of your agency by deploying effective strategies, monitoring profitability, and setting objectives and KPIs for your team.

You will also be expected to:

  • IDentify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Manage a team of Business Managers, guiding them towards success.
  • Recruit and develop consultants, fostering their personal and professional growth within the company.

**Requirements:**

  • A Master's degree.
  • Proven experience in the consultancy field or strong knowledge of the IT service industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Fluency in three languages (NL, FR, ENG).
