About the Role:

The Head of Sales and Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive business growth in factoring and receivables finance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve commercial goals
  • Lead sales, business development, and client relationship management efforts
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decision-making

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related discipline
  • Must-have: 5+ years in factoring, trade finance, or financial services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of factoring, credit risk assessment, corporate finance, cash flow management, and financial structuring within factoring services
  • Proven skills in leadership with the ability to align commercial objectives with the company's growth strategy
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams, negotiate complex deals, and develop long-term partnerships
  • Strong professional network in the financial and factoring industry
  • Fluency in English and French
