Transforming Sales at Merchery

We are embarking on an exciting journey to transform our sales function and drive commercial growth.

To achieve this, we need a seasoned sales leader who can design and execute a world-class sales strategy, leveraging their expertise in hybrid sales models and e-commerce strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Scaling and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Restructuring and optimizing our sales organization, fine-tuning our double funnel approach
  • Developing and executing sales strategies that enhance efficiency and drive growth
  • Coaching, mentoring, and training the sales team on advanced sales techniques, pipeline management, and negotiation skills
  • Fostering a strong collaboration with the marketing team to ensure a well-balanced division of tasks between sales and marketing efforts
  • Working closely with the production team to streamline the after-sales process and ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Establishing and refining KPIs, processes, and tools to monitor sales performance and drive continuous improvement
