We are currently seeking a highly skilled Commercial Expansion Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
The main responsibility of this role is to increase occupancy and lease rates on our company site infrastructure and develop new business opportunities. This involves identifying, developing, cultivating, negotiating, signing, and supporting the implementation of new customer contracts.
The successful candidate will be a strong and self-motivated leader who can drive our business forward. Key skills and qualifications include:
- A strong understanding of commercial principles and practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and provide creative solutions
Responsibilities will include account management of new tenants after contracting and onboarding, including new tenant onboarding process definition. The Commercial Expansion Manager will also be responsible for managing the status and performance of contract and tenant on-boarding processes, as well as delivering detailed reports to accounting for tenant billing purposes.
