**About Tosca**

Tosca is Europe's leading pooling company for plastic load carriers. Our service brings clean plastic returnable assets to customers who send these assets all over Europe to their end customers. After every trip, we collect and bring them to our European service centers where they are prepared for the next trip.

We manage hundreds of thousands of load carriers between more than 5,000 locations, mainly food-related companies. Our Pan-European pooling service offers sustainable and efficient solutions throughout the whole supply chain.

As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for upstream sales research in the B2B market, focusing on the food industry. You will build long-term relations with customers and function as an expert to understand customer needs.

Your goal is to acquire a deep understanding of our service, calculate offers, and negotiate contracts with customers. Travel extensively within the DACH region and create strong acceleration on the growth of the DACH region by hunting new customers.

  • Hunt new customers to accelerate growth in the DACH region.
  • Research the market for opportunities mainly in the food industry and build long-term relations with (new) customers.
  • Function as an expert to understand customer needs and help achieve supply chain requirements.
  • Regularly visit prospects and customers, supporting them to stay aligned with their contract.
  • Responsible for the profitability of new and existing contracts, following up with regular evaluations of contractual parameters.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience. Strong communication skills in German and English, with knowledge of Dutch considered an asset. Professional personality with influencing power, conviction, and connection capabilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently while regularly checking in with your team. Excellent time management and organization skills.

A few years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably within logistics and supply chain. We continuously invest in your personal and professional development through training & coaching programs.
