**Job Title:** Expansion and Growth Specialist

**About EVEREC:** Our client, a rapidly growing company in the electric vehicle charging and energy sector, is seeking a dynamic professional to drive sales and market expansion for EV charging solutions across Belgium, with a focus on AC charging for domestic/home applications.

As an Expansion and Growth Specialist, you will leverage expertise in smart home technologies to position EV chargers as part of an integrated home energy solution, including solar, battery storage, and smart electrical systems. You will work closely with internal teams to align sales strategy with product development and marketing efforts.

  • Drive revenue targets through proactive business development and account management.
  • Advise customers on energy management, tariff structures, and optimization strategies to help maximize efficiency and cost savings for end users.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with proven experience in business development or sales within the EV charging, solar, smart home, or electrical industry. Strong understanding of AC charging solutions for domestic/home applications is essential. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written) is required.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Belgian market.
  2. Build strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to achieve sales objectives.
  3. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

**Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales, with a focus on EV charging, solar, smart home, or electrical industries.
  • Strong understanding of AC charging solutions for domestic/home applications.
