We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Growth Specialist to join our team at Arbalett.

This key role will be responsible for driving growth and strengthening commercial relationships with our customers, by analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform product development and pricing strategies.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer relationships.
  • Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver category insights and recommendations for growth.
  • Communicate plans to the field salesforce to ensure perfect in-store execution.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in Sales within FMCG industries (Retail).

You will also need to be fluent in English, with a very good command of Dutch or French (bilingualism is a strong asset), and possess hands-on, team player, enthusiastic, pragmatic, and flexible qualities.
