Role Overview
A leading international serviced office provider is seeking a Business Development professional to drive growth in Brussels. This dynamic B2B sales role focuses on new business development and account management, targeting small & medium-sized enterprises (30-50 employees) to generate profitable revenue.
You will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, requiring a deep understanding of the market and fluency in English. You will promote and sell the company's full range of flexible workspace solutions, working closely with the Operations and Sales teams in Belgium.
This role is ideal for a results-driven B2B sales professional with experience in selling services or solutions to SMEs. Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities, handling the full sales cycle to meet and exceed targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of their workspace needs.
- Identifying and securing new business deals with SMEs.
- Collaborating with third-party partners (agents, consultants, real estate specialists) to create new sales opportunities.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
- At least 6 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in service or solution-based industries.
- A strong track record in selling to SME clients.
