Strategic Business Growth Specialist

At PRIMA Partners Global, we are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in external sales/business development and a proven track record in IT sales or similar industries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and developing small to mid-sized customer accounts of moderate complexity under some supervision. This includes identifying new business opportunities, increasing customer loyalty and profitability, and growing share of wallet with vendors.
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs and requirements
- Customer-facing sales experience with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is highly desirable
- Responsible for owning/developing small to mid-sized customer accounts of moderate complexity under some supervision
- Responsible for increasing both customer loyalty and profitability by using full knowledge of assigned product/service line
- Clear understanding of the company's core value proposition and demonstrates ability to communicate with context to customer requirements
- Translates vendor objectives into actionable vendor business plan
