We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Growth Specialist. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing your portfolio of travel agent partners, focusing on commercial relationships and driving significant growth across all areas.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze client productivity to identify new opportunities for growth and exceed targets set.
- Develop relationships with key travel agent partners and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and services.
- Participate in strategy planning and reporting, maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying business opportunities.
- Conduct on-site sales calls and maintain regular interactions with clients to set up and develop strong commercial relationships.
- Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in the travel industry, preferably retail.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and working to budgets and targets.
- Negotiation and influencing skills, as well as analytical and commercial acumen.
