We are now seeking a seasoned Sales Growth Manager to join our Partner Development team and contribute to our success.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and provide ongoing support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our partner network
- Identify and recruit new partners, analyzing their business needs and developing customized solutions
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, providing exceptional customer service and support
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the IT industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of IT and software solutions
- Valid work permit for Belgium
