We're Avertim, a young and vibrant company seeking a Business Manager to lead our consulting teams and drive growth in the Belgian life sciences market. As a seasoned professional, you'll be responsible for developing strategies, leading a team, and cultivating knowledge management tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering their growth and development.
  • Identify and co-develop tools and methodologies to enhance client value.

Your Profile:

  • A Master's Degree in Business, Sciences, Engineering, or Life Sciences-related fields.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, leadership skills, and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent client management, relationship building, communication, and negotiation skills.
