Job Description
The Functional Consultant will join our R&D Team, responsible for the successful implementation of our cloud-based UMAX solution. This cutting-edge platform automates business processes and enables utilities to better interact with their customers. As a key member of our team, you will act as a liaison between Business and IT, ensuring seamless communication on various subjects such as CRM, Finance, Billing, Meter Data Management, Asset Management, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal customer expectations by translating Business & Functional requirements into application solutions.
- Follow up on testing and guarantee quality of the solution.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical skills, preferably with a master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.
- A true problem-solving mentality and hands-on approach.
- Ability to take initiatives and drive results.
- Strong interest in IT and eagerness to learn about the Utilities market and typical business processes.
