Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of new build projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active follow-up, check, control, and supervision of build activities to ensure adequate progress of sites
  • Holding meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners to review progress and make minutes of meeting
  • Liaising with other departments to coordinate activities or request support when needed
  • Leading on technical commitments for rollout areas and scope of work preparation for validation by CPM towards ASP and customer

Requirements:

  • Educational background in engineering (IT, Telecom) at bachelor level minimum
  • Fluent English language skills in speaking, reading, and writing; French and/or Flemish is a plus
  • Proven track record of 5-7 years' experience in deploying radio networks
  • Excellent leading and supervising skills along with an entrepreneurial mindset to manage internal teams and ASP
  • Extensive knowledge in Belgium Telecom build requirements and milestones
