Vivid Resourcing seeks an experienced Quality Manager to lead our global quality team and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in quality management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to implement quality strategies that meet business and regulatory requirements.
About the Job:- Develop and implement quality strategies: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality strategies that meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Manage quality systems: Oversee the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP).
- Drive improvement initiatives: Use lean and Six Sigma methods to identify areas for improvement and drive process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Lead global audits: Lead global audits and manage corrective actions to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Mentor and lead a global quality team: Mentor and lead a global quality team to achieve quality goals and objectives.
- Oversee supplier quality programs: Oversee supplier quality programs to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years in quality management. Proven track record with QMS and leading diverse teams.
- Certifications: CQM, Six Sigma Black Belt, or similar certifications are desirable.
- Skills: Deep knowledge of quality standards, strong problem-solving, project management, leadership, and communication skills.
