About the Role

We are looking for a talented Technical Business Development Manager to join our team at Indenovo Global Search & Selection. As a key member of our business development department, you will be responsible for collaborating with R&D to align product offerings with market trends and customer needs.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced business development professional to grow their career in the personal care ingredients sector. You will have the chance to conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive positioning, preparing and delivering engaging product presentations and demos.

  • Collaborate with R&D to align product offerings with market trends and customer needs.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations and demos.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales within the personal care ingredients sector.
  • Strong understanding of formulation and applications in personal care products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business level proficiency in English, Dutch and French.
