Your Role as Head of Sales
As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building a multi-campaign telesales capability. This involves covering outbound activity to achieve target sales numbers. You will also focus on creating a best-in-industry customer experience during the sales process. This means ensuring a positive customer experience is provided on every contact while maintaining a professional and fun working environment.
Requirements
- You should have people management experience with a proven track record of engaging teams to deliver results.
- You must have at least 5 years' experience of managing a telesales operational team within a busy sales contact environment.
