Store Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our store operations and drive business growth. As a Store Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the store, including managing staff, maintaining store appearance, and meeting sales targets. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. This includes analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
2. Manage and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. This includes providing ongoing coaching and feedback to staff members.
3. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including oversight of store appearance, cleanliness, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
4. Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, including handling customer payments, managing cash and credit card transactions, and preparing bank deposits.
5. Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
6. Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvements to the store's layout and product offerings.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for implementing new ideas and technologies in the store.
8. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to support store operations and achieve business objectives.
9. Identify and report any potential risks or issues affecting the store, and work with management to develop and implement solutions.
10. Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, employee performance, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least two years of experience and proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries
- Operations experience in a leadership capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid and current driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
- Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Background check required (subject to applicable law)
- Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, the ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds, the ability to move about inside and outside of the store, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
