About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our Engineering team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams of data professionals, with expertise in data infrastructure management, project implementation, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the data engineering team
- Oversee the management and optimization of Partenamut's core data infrastructure
- Support the implementation of large-scale Big Data projects
- Ensure efficient data processing and retrieval on a daily basis
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Intelligence, including Data Warehousing, Data Management, Data Manipulation, Business Intelligence, Analytics, and the Big Data ecosystem
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams of developers, data/software engineers, data analysts, or data scientists for more than 2 years
