Welcome to Electronic Arts (EA), where we inspire the world to play Our Worldwide Localization Team is responsible for delivering high-quality localized versions of our titles to over 30 countries around the globe.

We are currently seeking a skilled Senior SDET to join our team as a Game Localization Tester. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the linguistic quality of localized products and following EA procedures and requirements before certification.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating the linguistic quality of localized products;
  • Identifying and reporting bugs, flaws, or issues in English and Dutch;
  • Collaborating with Leads and Senior Testers to resolve any issues that may impact testing progress;
  • Maintaining and improving your knowledge of testing procedures and related equipment;
  • Ensuring compliance with EA security procedures and taking responsibility for equipment and software security;

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Fluency in English and Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Able to approach testing in a detailed and structured manner;
  • A strong understanding of video games, the video game industry, and platforms, including PC, Mac, Consoles (PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One), and Mobile;
  • Be proactive, player-focused, and team-oriented;

Please note that EA does not sponsor visas for this position. There will be peak periods of activity, and therefore the workload and make-up of teams will vary. On few occasions overtime might be needed either on workdays or weekends, which will be compensated with time off.
