**TEASER**

Tester avec précision les développements techniques de nos outils pour les entrepreneurs, rédiger des procédures pour vos collègues, vous former à ce sujet et répondre à des questions (complexes) techniques et opérationnelles de vos collègues vous anime et vous donne de l’énergie.

**Fonction**
- Vous êtes le premier **point de contact** pour les collègues sur les questions (complexes) techniques et opérationnelles au sujet de la Caisse d’assurance sociale et sur les front tools pour les entrepreneurs et les outils opérationnels.
- Vous vous occupez de la documentation et de la mise à jour des procédures et des fiches de travail, vous les contrôlez et faites des propositions d’amélioration.
Vous initiez les communications internes nécessaires sur les processus et procédures.
- Vous recherchez **de manière proactive** du feedback afin que les processus et procédures actuels soient optimisés.
- Vous fournissez un **contrôle qualité** sur la mise en œuvre et l’utilisation correcte des processus.
- Vous vous portez garant pour les **tests** fonctionnels et tests utilisateurs des front tools pour les entrepreneurs et des outils pour les collègues de la Caisse d’assurance sociale.
- Vous donnez les **formations** sur la matière relative à la Caisse d’assurance sociale aux (nouveaux) collègues. Vous détectez les besoins de formation.
- Une partie de votre travail consiste en de **la gestion de dossier** afin que la matière et les outils restent connus en permanence.

**Profil**
- Vous avez une expérience de minimum 3 ans au sein d’une Caisse d’assurance sociale.
- Vous avez un esprit analytique. Vous pouvez facilement mettre un processus sur papier afin que tout le monde sache immédiatement quoi faire et comment travailler.
- Vous détectez **des améliorations**.
- **La communication** est l’une de vos forces. De plus, vous pouvez **écouter** attentivement et poser les bonnes questions afin d’arriver à une véritable solution.
- Vous aimez **donner des** formations aux collègues.
- Vous avez **un sens des responsabilités** et aimez travailler avec des collègues de différents départements à la fois au sein du business que du département IT.
- Vous pensez **de manière pragmatique** et savez ce qui doit être fait pour résoudre les problèmes opérationnels urgents.
- Vous êtes flexible en terme de déplacements (si nécessaire pour les réunions ou des formations).
- Vous êtes bilingue (NL/FR) ou parlez parfaitement le néerlandais et avez une bonne connaissance du français.
